Never Swim Alone

Kudos to my illustrator, Mike Coller. We are just finishing my/our first children’s picture book together. I love what his illustrations did for my story. Can you see the impish look in Bailey’s eyes? You probably can tell she’s thinking about going against the rules and taking a dip in the neighbor’s pool. Bad idea, Miss Bailey!

I’m thinking of doing a series of children’s books about dangers to avoid. The Bible has many rules that are pointed out for our safety. When we ignore them, we can end up paying the consequences. Bailey ignores the rules, has a frightening experience with a monster, and learns a good lesson. I hope you’ll enjoy it when it is published.

This will be my first self-published picture book, so wish me luck.
